Positive Values@Work-Spot - What's your VQ

My daughter was reading a book on Values Education written by Peter. M. Clutterbuck by Scholastic publication.

A chapter in that book caught my attention. Amazing set of questions on Values in our life. I am sharing the same questions with you all here.

I believe that every corporate house can follow these Values@Work-spot to enhance productivity & performance of employees.

Be honest when you answer each question along with the values. Kindly rate yourself from 1 to 10, with 1 as poor and 10 as excellent, to know your current status. Download the excel sheet at the end of the article.

These inherent values drives the beliefs, behaviour and resulting action among every employee. If you want an average performer to become a good performer, a good performer to a top performer or a peak performer to lead the organisation, then evaluate his values and help him to build the same. Like the common saying, "Anything Measured/Monitored, Improves". As you are aware human values drives business, economy, families & society as such.

If you want to know more about yourself, then take the litmus test(360 degree) in asking your colleagues, peers, supervisor, subordinates, customer, clients, friends & even your spouse & children to rate you on these values.

Do you know why? The lie-scale on self-rating is above 50%. We always tend to answer what it should be and not what actually it is right now?

Ask others, they will tell your true values.

Are you ready? Here we go...38 Values@Work-spot
